Du bist Kenner der Offshore-Branche und für Dich steht der Kunde an erster Stelle? Ausgehend von unseren Standorten in Norddeutschland hältst Du engen persönlichen Kontakt mit Deinen nationalen und internationalen Ansprechpartnern. Mit Dir verfolgen wir das Ziel neue Kunden zu gewinnen und die Offshore-Logistik erfolgreicher zu gestalten. Werde Teil eines jungen und engagierten Teams!

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Neukundenakquise und die Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden im europäischen Raum.
  • Auf Basis der Analyse von Kundenanforderungen erarbeitest Du Angebote und Konzepte für unsere Dienstleistungen und begleitest die Kunden bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss.
  • Gemeinsam mit der Vertriebsleitung verfolgst Du das Marktgeschehen und deckst neue Potenziale auf.
  • Neben einer engen Zusammenarbeit im Projektteam sorgst Du für eine lückenlose Dokumentation Deiner Besuche, Angebote und Verkaufschancen.
  • Zu guter Letzt repräsentierst Du uns im Rahmen von Veranstaltungen und Messen und kannst so zeitgleich Dein berufliches Netzwerk erweitern.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb komplexer Dienstleistungen gesammelt und pflegst ein entsprechendes Netzwerk. Du hast vertrieblichen „Biß“ und den absoluten Willen zum Erfolg.
  • Basis Deines Erfolgs sind ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung. Kenntnisse der maritime Logistik, idealerweise von Offshore Wind, sind uns wichtig.
  • Es bereitet Dir Freude, Kunden in allen Branchen und auf allen Ebenen anzusprechen, Konzepte zu präsentieren und Deine Ansprechpartner durch Dein Argumentationsgeschick zu begeistern.
  • Du bist äußerst zuverlässig und verfügst über ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
