Rhenus Sweden grows with MTS MALMÖ TRANSPORT

We are delighted to announce that we are expanding our network in Scandinavia by acquiring the Swedish road transport specialist, MTS Malmö Transport & Spedition AB, gaining new routes to Central and Eastern Europe as well as Turkey.

MTS is joining Rhenus Sweden in 2023

By acquiring MTS in Sweden, Rhenus will be strengthening its position in Northern Europe, expanding its network as well as its expertise. MTS Malmö Transport & Spedition AB can look back on over 30 years of logistics experience and operates from a cross dock facility in the southern Swedish city and logistics hub of Malmö. Our customers, both those based in Sweden and in other markets, will benefit from the extended portfolio of services, the far-reaching expertise and the diversified trade lanes that MTS can offer.

About Rhenus in Sweden

Rhenus Sweden was established in 2013 and is a leading freight forwarding company with strategically situated at locations throughout Sweden. We operate our own offices in Stockholm and Malmö while covering Sweden via hubs in both these cities in addition to Jonkoping and Gothenburg.

Groupage

With our extensive groupage freight network across Europe, the Rhenus Group enables precise transport planning for the delivery of your goods. We provide you with a tailor-made concept, based on direct and regular departures with reliable lead times.

LTL transport

For smaller shipment sizes, the Rhenus Group provides dedicated trucks for consolidated freight. Our trucks are on the road every day, meaning we can offer you space for your part loads as well as a great deal of flexibility for your individual needs.
