Contact & Services
We are currently aware of a fraudulent scheme in which unknown individuals are posing as representatives of Rhenus Warehousing Solutions when contacting our customers. The aim of these communications is to solicit payments by issuing fraudulent order or quotation confirmations.
The fraudsters are using a fake email address that closely resembles the official email addresses of our company. In addition, the name and email signature of an actual employee are being misused to make these communications appear legitimate.
Please be advised:
These emails are in no way associated with Rhenus Warehousing Solutions or the Rhenus Group. Rhenus is neither the sender of these messages nor responsible for their content.
We strongly urge all recipients not to make any payments or disclose any sensitive information, particularly banking or payment details, in response to such requests.
