  • Am Empfang bedienen Sie die Telefonzentrale, leiten Gespräche weiter und begrüßen die Besucher.
  • Als Organisationstalent haben Sie die Termine im Überblick und gewährleisten dadurch eine reibungslose Vor- und Nachbereitung der Konferenzräume.
  • Routiniert erledigen Sie die Fein- und Grobsortierung der Post, in- und externe Botengänge sowie ggf. Kurierfahrten.
  • Das Einsammeln und Einladen von in- und externer Post komplettiert Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld in Springerfunktion.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie verfügen idealerweise über Berufserfahrung am Empfang oder an einer Rezeption bzw. in der Poststelle.
  • Darüber hinaus bringen Sie solide PC-Kenntnisse, gutes Deutsch sowie gute Englischkenntnisse mit.
