  • Als Mitarbeiter übernehmen Sie die Betreuung unserer Kunden und bearbeiten deren Aufträge.
  • Sie stellen sich flexibel auf die unterschiedlichen Kunden ein und können nach fundierter Einarbeitung umfassend beraten.
  • Sie unterstützen die Buchhaltung bei der Fakturierung der Rechnungen.
  • Sie gewährleisten die Einhaltung und Umsetzung des Qualitätsmanagements nach unseren Prozessvorgaben.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung und Kenntnisse im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung sind förderlich.
  • Sie besitzen Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude am telefonischen und persönlichen Kundenkontakt, Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit, Belastbarkeit auch in schwierigen Kundengesprächen sowie bei hohem Telefonaufkommen. 
  • Darüber hinaus sind Sie sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und beherrschen zudem die deutsche Sprache.
