Das erwartet Sie bei uns

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört, der datenschutzkonforme Umgang mit den Unterlagen unserer Kunden.
Motiviert und zuverlässig übernehmen Sie die Erfassung, Archivierung und Auslagerung dieser Akten.
Zusätzlich sind Sie für den Aktenein- und ausgang sowie für die Ausleihe der Dokumente zuständig.
Verantwortungsvoll vernichten Sie zudem Archiveinheiten.

Das bringen Sie mit

Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über Berufserfahrung im Archivbereich, aber auch Quereinsteiger sind herzlich willkommen.
Sie haben grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse in MS Office.
Deutsch beherrschen Sie gut in Wort und Schrift und meistern so sämtliche Kommunikationsaufgaben gekonnt.
Als Teamplayer überzeugen Sie uns mit einem gepflegten Äußeren, guten Umgangsformen und dem Führerschein der Klasse B.
