Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie sind für die Entgegennahme und Sortierung interner und externer Post zuständig 
  • Routiniert erledigen Sie die Fein- und Grobsortierung und übernehmen zudem externe Botengänge sowie ggf. Kurierfahrten.
  • Weiterhin erfassen Sie erforderliche Daten in unseren Systemen und kümmern sich zuverlässig um allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten.
  • Das Einsammeln und Einladen von in- und externer Post bzw. Paketen komplettiert Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Hierfür haben Sie Berufspraxis als Mitarbeiter einer Poststelle bzw. Erfahrung in ähnlichen Tätigkeiten.
  • Darüber hinaus bringen Sie solide PC-Kenntnisse, gutes Deutsch und einen Führerschein der Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich) mit.
  • Englisch-Grundkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab, sind aber nicht Bedingung.
  • Wir zählen auf Ihre guten Umgangsformen und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe.
