Als Experten im Bereich Dokumenten- und Informationslogistik bieten wir unseren Kunden umfassende Dienstleistungen von Lagerhaltung bis hin zur Abwicklung. In Dortmund unterstützen Sie uns als kommunikativer Teamplayer in der Kundenbetreuung und in bevorstehenden Projekten, gestalten diese aktiv mit und bringen Ihr Fachwissen ein.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie planen anstehende Projektübernahmen bei unseren langjährigen Geschäftspartnern, sowie angehenden Neukunden.
  • Des weiteren unterstützen Sie Ihre Kollegen Hands-On und übernehmen die Verantwortung für die reibungslose Übernahme des Aktenbestandes.
  • Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie die Betreuung unserer Kunden und sind zuständig für die Bearbeitung der Aufträge.
  • Außerdem stellen Sie eine reibungslose Umsetzung der Projekte sicher und unterstützen unsere operativen Niederlassungen vor Ort und sind somit das Bindeglied zwischen dem Kunden und dem Projektteam.
  • Zu guter Letzt beraten Sie unsere Kunden im B2C Bereich und stehen Ihnen bei Fragen zur Verfügung. 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über erste Berufserfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung sowohl als auch dem Projektmanagement.
  • Die Möglichkeit zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands, vorausgesetzt Sie besitzen einen gültigen Führerschein, empfinden Sie als spannende Abwechslung.
  • Als kommunikativer und freundlicher Teamplayer, bewahren Sie auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf und finden für auftretende Herausforderungen eine entsprechende Lösung.
  • Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch sehr gute Deutsch Kenntnisse und Beherrschung der MS-Office Programme.
