Verantwortungsvoll übernehmen Sie in Ihrer Rolle die Führung eines Teams innerhalb einer Schicht und können sich auf viele abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten freuen.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Die Sicherstellung von reibungslosen Prozessabläufen in der Montage von Bauteilen und der Versorgung des Kunden liegt in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
  • In Ihrer Rolle sind Sie zusätzlich Ansprechpartner für den Kunden, die operative Leitung und ihres Teams.
  • Zuverlässig übernehmen Sie die Überwachung operativer Abläufe im Montagebereich und die Bearbeitung von Prozessstörungen.
  • Die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter*innen sowie die Umsetzung von Schulungen wissen wir bei Ihnen in guten Händen.
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie bei der Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihre Basis bildet eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachlageristen, Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder langjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, alternativ im Bereich Montage.
  • Zudem bringen Sie gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
  • Sie sind ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer und zeichnen sich durch ihr verbindliches Auftreten aus.
  • Ihre Arbeit ist geprägt von Ihrer verantwortungsbewussten und zuverlässigen Art.
  • Nicht zuletzt bringen Sie die Bereitschaft und Flexibilität zur Arbeit im Mehrschichtbetrieb mit.
