Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie sind für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines mittelgroßen Teams 
    gewerblicher Mitarbeiter (Schicht-Betrieb) in einem Automotive-Logistikprojekt zuständig.
  • Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen die Einsatz-, Urlaubs- und Schulungsplanung sowie das 
    beständige Motivieren Ihrer Mitarbeiter.
  • Des Weiteren agieren Sie als kompetenter Ansprechpartner für die Niederlassungsleitung, 
    den Kunden und die Mitarbeiter Ihrer Schicht.
  • Nicht zuletzt unterstützen Sie Maßnahmen im Qualitätsmanagement und halten konsequent 
    sämtliche Vorgaben in puncto Arbeitssicherheit ein.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie sind Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder haben eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich 
    abgeschlossen.
  • Ergänzend gehen Sie routiniert mit gängigen Lagerverwaltungssystemen sowie mit MS Office 
    um. Kenntnisse in SAP wären eine wertvolle Ergänzung.
  • Deutsch beherrschen Sie gut in Wort und Schrift und punkten mit Kommunikationsgeschick 
    sowie einem verbindlichen Auftreten.
  • Wir freuen uns auf eine verantwortungsbewusste und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit 
    mit der Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem
