Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams an unserem Standort in Berlin. Unterstützen Sie uns kompetent bei allen anfallenden Themen rund um die Automotiveprozesse vor Ort. Gemeinsam leben wir den Verbesserungsgedanken und zielen darauf ab, die Qualität unserer Montage- und Logistikdienstleistungen stets sicherzustellen.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Künftig sind Sie für die Planung, Analyse, Optimierung aller Arbeitsplätze und Betriebsmittel sowie die Umsetzung zuständig.
  • Zudem definieren und bewerten Sie die Produktionsaufträge hinsichtlich ihrer technischen Umsetzbarkeit und ihrer Wirtschaftlichkeit.
  • Regelmäßige Erstellung von Prozessdokumentation und Verifizierung der Prozessfähigkeit.
  • Auch die Durchführung von internen Prozessaudits zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsplätze gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie verfügen über ein Studium in den Bereichen Prozessingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Logistik. Alternativ bringen Sie eine erfolgreich absolvierte Technikerausbildung.
  • Auch Kenntnisse im Bereich REFA und MTM zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Außerdem bringen Sie erste Praxiserfahrung in der Produktions- und Prozessplanung mit.
  • Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt durch ein hohes Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein kombiniert mit einem bereichsübergreifenden Planungsvermögen sowie Flexibilität.
