Unser Field Project Management ist an zentraler Stelle mitverantwortlich für den Implementierungserfolg der Kundenprojekte in unseren Warehouses. Dabei haben unsere Kollegen als Projektleiter stets den Überblick über alle Ressourcen & Risiken und sorgen für die fristgerechte Realisierung und den erfolgreichen Hochlauf unserer Projekte. Dabei kannst du dir aussuchen, ob du in unserem Headquarter in Holzwickede oder unseren Standorten in Hamburg oder in Hörselgau arbeiten möchtest.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du bist mit deinen Fieldmitgliedern für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Projektmanagements in unseren Logistikprojekten verantwortlich: vom Kick-off bis zu Review und Retrospektive.
  • Du bist methodisch und organisatorisch stark und sicherst durch dein strukturiertes Vorgehen einen effizienten Projektablauf mit deinem Team.
  • Als Kommunikationsdrehscheibe in unseren Logistikprojekten bist du Hauptansprechpartner für den Lenkungsausschuss, die Teilprojektleiter und den Kunden.
  • Mit einem zielgerichteten Projektcontrolling überwachst du Zeitplan, Fortschritt und Budget und behältst die Projektrisiken im Blick.
  • Als Teamplayer, Koordinator, Ideengeber und vor allem Macher begeisterst du deine Kollegen für die Projekte.
  • Durch permanente Reflexion und Verbesserung der verwendeten Methoden und Tools bringst du den Bereich Projektmanagement aktiv voran und stehst den Junior Projektmanagern als Ausbilder zur Seite. 

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit, idealerweise hast du bereits Projekte gemanagt und kennst dich mit Projektmanagement-Methoden (z.B. Prince 2) aus.
  • Dabei sind Erfahrungen in der Logistik von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • Dein Profil rundet eine einschlägige Weiterbildung im Projektmanagement wie z.B. eine IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI Zertifizierung ab. 
  • Du bringst Ergebnisorientierung, unternehmerisches Denken sowie Kommunikationsstärke mit und bist ein absoluter Teamplayer. 
  • Im Dialog mit unseren Kunden fühlst du dich auch in englischer Sprache wohl. 
  • Nicht zuletzt können wir uns auf deine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise verlassen sowie dein Engagement und deinen Willen, dich proaktiv einzubringen.
