An unserem Standort in Stuttgart führen wir die Produktionsversorgung eines bedeuten Automobilherstellers durch und sind für weitere logistische Dienstleistungen zuständig. In Ihrer Rolle als Personalsachbearbeiter (w/m/d) sind Sie der zentrale Ansprechpartner für unsere Kollegen und Kolleginnen am Standort Stuttgart.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie sind die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Beschäftigten in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen am Standort und für die Kommunikation mit der zentralen Personalabteilung und BewerberInnen zuständig. 
  • Sie sind für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Erstunterweisungen und Beauftragungen inkl. Erfassung im System verantwortlich. 
  • Zudem unterstützen Sie bei sämtlichen Prozessen im Personalwesen wie Ablage, Stammdatenpflege von Mitarbeiterdaten in internen Systemen und sonstigen administrativen Tätigkeiten.
  • Außerdem sind Sie für die Erfassung und Korrektur der Zeiterfassung der Mitarbeitenden am Standort zuständig und Sie bilden die Schnittstelle zur Lohnbuchhaltung. 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie bringen eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung mit.
  • Sie arbeiten sorgfältig und selbstständig und mit hoher Ergebnisorientierung.
  • Zudem sind Sie ausgeprägt serviceorientiert und kommunikationsstark und sprechen sehr gut Deutsch.
  • Ohne IT geht es auch bei uns nicht – die Arbeit mit verschiedenen Programmen und MS Office ist Ihnen vertraut, idealerweise haben Sie bereits mit Personalerfassungsprogrammen gearbeitet.
  • Sie bringen ein offenes Wesen und Affinität für Menschen mit.
