Komm mit an Bord und werde ein Teil unseres Teams an unserem Standort in Duisburg. Du verstärkst unseren zentralen Personalbereich der Rhenus Port Logistics. Bei uns stehen abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten auf der Tagesordnung, die Du mit Deinem Know-how erfolgreich abschließen und weiterentwickeln kannst. Dabei steht Dir ein engagiertes und motiviertes Team zur Seite, welches Dich bei Deinem Start in der neuen Position ab Tag eins tatkräftig unterstützt.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • In Deiner Rolle verantwortest Du die steuerliche Würdigung und Erfassung von lohnsteuerrelevanten Sachverhalten (Betriebsveranstaltungen, Bewirtungen, Geschenke etc.).
  • Dazu bereitst Du sorgfältig die Dokumente für die Lohnsteueraußenprüfung und das Meldeverfahren für die Pensionskasse vor.
  • Darüber hinaus bist Du für das Verwalten von Tankgutscheinen der Mitarbeiter zuständig.
  • Ebenso gehört das Prüfen und Kontieren von Eingangsrechnungen zu Deinen Aufgaben.
  • Nicht zuletzt arbeitest Du vertrauensvoll mit der Buchhaltung und Personalabrechnung zusammen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation mit.
  • Vorzugsweise verfügst Du bereits über relevante Berufserfahrung, insbesondere in den Bereichen Sachbezüge und Lohnsteuer.
  • Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für Zahlen und Wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und behältst dabei immer den Überblick.
  • Selbstverständlich bist Du routiniert im Umgang mit MS Office und insbesondere Excel.
  • Deine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise erlaubt es Dir, auf wechselnde Anforderungen schnell und zuverlässig zu reagieren.
  • Persönlich punktest Du mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe, analytischem Weitblick, Kommunikationsgeschick und Teamgeist.
