Als Spezialist im Poststellenmanagement bieten wir unseren Kunden Komplettlösungen aus einer Hand. Werden Sie Teil davon und tragen somit erfolgreich zum Wachstum unseres Geschäftsbereichs bei. Als Projektverantwortlicher sind Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen dem Team, das Poststellendienstleistungen beim Kunden vor Ort erbringt, den administrativen Kollegen in unserer Niederlassung sowie unseren Bestands- und Neukunden in Berlin.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Nach einer gründlichen Einarbeitung ist Ihr erstes Karriereziel die Steuerung, Überwachung und Kontrolle eines operativen Kundenprojekts.
  • Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines kleinen Teams.
  • Zudem sorgen Sie für die termingerechte Dienstleistungserfüllung unter Beachtung vorgegebener Qualitätsstandards und Einhaltung aller KPIs.
  • Nach der ersten Karrierestufe bieten wir Ihnen weiter eine gezielte Förderung und hervorragende Aufstiegsperspektiven an.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Grundlage ist eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Berufserfahrung.
  • Alternativ bringen Sie ein erfolgreiches Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Ähnliches mit.
  • Natürlich gehen Sie routiniert mit MS Office um, besonders mit Excel und PowerPoint und bieten zudem Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
  • Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Ihre Fähigkeit, verschiedene Aufgaben und Projekte simultan zu steuern und zu priorisieren.
  • Neben Ihrer Hands-on-Mentalität überzeugen Sie mit einem stark ausgeprägten Prozessverständnis.
