Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für den Posteingang und Postausgang sowie für die Postsortierung.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie haben Berufspraxis im kaufmännischen Bereich, idealerweise am Empfang oder in einer Poststelle.
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung in der Dateneingabe mit und gehen routiniert mit MS Office um.
  • Deutsch beherrschen Sie sehr gut in Wort und Schrift, Grundkenntnisse in Englisch wären vorteilhaft.
  • Zudem punkten Sie mit einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe, Diskretion, einem gepflegten Erscheinungsbild und dem Führerschein Klasse B.
