Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie nehmen in Ihrer Position telefonische Anfragen bzw. Reklamationen entgegen und reagieren ebenso schnell wie zuverlässig auf E-Mails von Kunden.
  • Als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Lager, Transportdienstleister und unseren Kunden sichern Sie souverän einen reibungslosen Logistikablauf.
  • In Ihrer Rolle koordinieren Sie verschiedene Unterstützungs-Prozesse.
  • Nicht zuletzt unterstützen Sie Maßnahmen im Qualitätsmanagement und halten konsequent sämtliche Vorgaben in puncto Arbeitssicherheit ein. 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Hierfür sind Sie Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik oder haben eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Ergänzend gehen Sie routiniert mit gängigen Lagerverwaltungssystemen sowie mit MS Office um – Kenntnisse in SAP wären eine wertvolle Ergänzung.
  • Deutsch beherrschen Sie gut in Wort und Schrift, generell punkten Sie mit Kommunikationsgeschick, einem vorbildlichen Auftreten und ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung.
  • Wir freuen uns auf eine verantwortungsbewusste und durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit der Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem.
