Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Als zuverlässiges Mitglied des Poststellenteams verantworten Sie ein- und ausgehende Dokumente sowie Kuriersendungen.
  • Routiniert erledigen Sie die Fein- und Grobsortierung der Post, in- und externe Botengänge sowie ggf. Kurierfahrten.
  • Weiterhin erfassen Sie erforderliche Daten in unseren Systemen und kümmern sich zuverlässig um allgemeine Bürotätigkeiten.
  • Das Einsammeln und Einladen von in- und externer Post bzw. Paketen komplettiert Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld.
  • Ihre Arbeitszeit gestalten Sie von Montag bis Freitag in einer 40 Stunden Woche.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihre Grundlage ist eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation - idealerweise ergänzt durch erste Berufserfahrung.
  • Sie punkten mit guten bis sehr guten Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit MS-Office und überzeugen zudem durch sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
  • Wünschenswert aber keine Bedingung: Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse in den Adobe Anwendungen wie z.B. Photoshop und InDesign sowie ein Führerschein der Klasse B ergänzen Ihr Profil. 
  • Schlussendlich zählen wir auf Ihre Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und einer schnellen Auffassungsgabe.
