Das erwartet Sie bei uns

Ihr Fokus liegt auf die reibungslose und termingerechte Abwicklung unserer Kundenaufträge im schiffsseitigen Umschlag und in der Lagerung.
Unter anderem sind Sie für die Arbeitseinteilung an dem Terminal und für den ordnungsgemäßen Umgang mit den Umschlaganlagen- u. Geräten verantwortlich.
Sie sind nicht nur für die (digitale) Dokumentation von Arbeits- und Betriebsstunden in Ihrem Bereich zuständig, sondern sorgen auch für Arbeitssicherheit, Sauberkeit und Ordnung.
Zusätzlich führen Sie ein kleines Team von mind. einem weiteren Mitarbeiter und sind zugleich Bindeglied zwischen Ihnen und der Abteilung Disposition.

Das bringen Sie mit

Sie besitzen Erfahrungen und Berechtigungen zum Bedienen von Flurförderfahrzeugen , Mobilbagger, sowie weiteren Hafenumschlagsgeräten.
Wichtig sind uns eine hohe Verantwortungs- und Leistungsbereitschaft, sowie Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.
Darüber hinaus überzeugen Sie durch ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und fördern und entwickeln Ihre Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.
Idealweise beherrschen Sie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe von komplexen Sachverhalten.
