In unserer Finance-Zentrale in Heilbronn sind wir für alle Aspekte der Finanzbuchhaltung und Controlling für rund 40 deutsche Automotive-Standorte zuständig. Aufgrund unseres kontinuierlichen Wachstums erweitern wir unser Team stetig. Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Mit Ihrer Controlling-Kompetenz sind Sie der Haupt­an­sprech­part­ner für al­le As­pek­te in Bezug auf Finance & Controlling sowie bei kauf­män­ni­schen Fra­ge­stel­lun­gen.
  • Sie beobachten die Geschäftsentwicklung, identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale und überwachen laufende Maßnahmen zur Ergebnisverbesserung.
  • Sie sind Business Partner und unterstützen verschiedene Stakeholder – den CFO, die Geschäftsleitung, Standort- und Abteilungsleiter.
  • Ebenfalls sind Sie unser Ansprechpartner für die Konzernzentrale – mit präzisen und aussagekräftigen Analysen repräsentieren Sie unsere Division.
  • Sie verbessern die Controllingprozesse und -systeme, um Transparenz und Effizienz zu steigern und die Qualität des Reportings zu erhöhen.
  • Sie sind ein Teamplayer und führen partnerschaftlich und ergebnisorientriert ein Controllingteam.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie haben einschlägige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, sind eine unternehmerisch denkende, analytische und neugierige Person.
  • Zudem sind Sie sicher im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern und bringen sich mit fundiertem Fachwissen, konzeptionellem Denken und sehr guter Analysefähigkeit partnerschaftlich in die Diskussionen ein.
  • Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Sozialkompetenz und beherrschen die englische und deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie haben sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in SAP sowie in den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen. Erfahrung im Umgang mit Power BI ist von Vorteil.
