Als Archivdienstleister lagern wir Aktenbestände unserer Kunden unter hohen Sicherheitsstandards ein. Werden Sie Teil des Teams in Delmenhorst, damit wir mit Ihrer Hilfe unser Ziel, alle Lagerprozesse und Zugriffe jederzeit mit höchster Qualität professionell abzuwickeln, weiter erreichen können. Ziel Ihrer Tätigkeit wird es sein, die gewerblichen Abteilungen nach Bedarf zu unterstützen.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört der datenschutzkonforme Umgang mit den Unterlagen unserer Kunden.
  • Zudem sind Sie auch für die telefonische Kundenbetreuung zuständig, wenn es beispielsweise um Abstimmung von Anlieferungen mit dem Kunden geht. 
  • Als Springer sind Sie z. B. für die Kommissionierung von Kartonagen oder Akten sowie die Datenerfassung in das Warenwirtschaftssystem zuständig.
  • Gelegentlich sind Sie als Auslieferungsfahrer im Raum Bremen unterwegs, um angeforderte Kartonagen oder Einheiten an unseren Kunden auszuliefern.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Idealerweise haben Sie eine Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik abgeschlossen.
  • Quereinsteiger sind ebenfalls herzlich willkommen.
  • Außerdem sind Sie kommunikativ, sprechen fließend Deutsch und haben ein gutes Zahlenverständnis.
  • Ergänzend bringen Sie einen Führerschein der Klasse B und idealerweise auch den Staplerschein mit.
  • Schlussendlich sind Sie teamfähig, haben Spaß an körperlicher Betätigung und arbeiten gerne selbstständig.
