Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • In Deiner Haupttätigkeit bearbeitest Du unsere Rechnungen und kontierst sowie verbuchst in Zusammenarbeit mit der Finanzbuchhaltung die laufenden Geschäftsvorgänge in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung. 
  • Dafür bearbeitest Du alle Rechnungen in unserem elektronischen Rechnungsworkflow.
  • Auch die fachliche Führung von einem Team mit 2-3 Mitarbeitenden kannst Du Dir vorstellen. 
  • Darüber hinaus kontrollierst Du die Kosten am Standort mithilfe von Reporten und stehst hierzu im Austausch mit Deinem Niederlassungsleiter.
  • Nicht zuletzt liegen Personaltätigkeiten wie Kündigungen, Arbeitsverträge oder die Zeiterfassung in Deinen Händen. 

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ausbildung: Du hast Deine kaufmännische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
  • Erfahrung: Du konntest bereits Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung sammeln und hast vorzugsweise eine Weiterbildung in dem Bereich..
  • Kenntnisse: SAP (oder ein alternatives ERP-System) und MS Office wendest Du regelmäßig an und hast Dir hier bereits gute Kenntnisse angeeignet.
  • Persönlichkeit: Du überzeugst mit Deiner sorgfältigen und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise, Deinem geschulten Blick für Details und Deiner Teamfähigkeit.
