Für unsere Logistikprojekte am Standort Großbeeren suchen wir Dich als kaufmännische Allround-Kraft. Zusammen mit Deinen Kollegen stellst Du das Tagesgeschäft sicher und sorgst dafür, die Qualität der administrativen Prozesse sowie der Kundenbetreuung kontinuierlich zu steigern. 
 

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • In Deiner Rolle unterstützt Du unser Team im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung und im Auftragsmanagement.
  • Dabei bearbeitest Du unter anderem das Tagesgeschäft sowie Projekte und Reklamationen unserer Kunden.
  • Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen der operativen Ebene und unserer Kunden bzw. weiteren Geschäftspartnern.
  • Abgerundet wird Dein Aufgabengebiet durch die monatliche Abrechnungsvorbereitung.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Deine Basis ist eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, alternativ bringst Du eine vergleichbare Berufserfahrung, gern aus der Logistik, mit.
  • Im Umgang mit den gängigen EDV-Systemen wie MS Office bist Du versiert, Kenntnisse in SAP sind wünschenswert.
  • Ebenso ist gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift für Dich selbstverständlich, auf Englisch kannst Du Dich grundlegend verständigen.
  • Im Dialog mit unseren Kunden und Dienstleistern fühlst Du Dich wohl und punktest mit einer gewissenhaften Arbeitsweise und einem strukturierten Vorgehen.
