Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du verantwortest die vollumfängliche Sachbearbeitung unter Einhaltung relevanter Service- und Qualitätsstandards.
  • Als Ansprechpartner bei der Tourenkontrolle, Fahrerabfertigung und allgemeinen Fragen betreust Du unsere Lieferteams.
  • Hier bildest Du die Schnittstelle zu unseren Kunden und bist Ansprechpartner für Fragen rund um die Terminplanung.
  • Die Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen und Reklamationen liegt in Deinen Händen.
  • Neben dem Tagesgeschäft kannst Du Dich auf die Unterstützung und Umsetzung von spannenden Projekten freuen. 

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du punktest mit einer abgeschlossenen Berufsausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich. 
  • Idealerweise konntest Du bereits erste Erfahrung im Backoffice und der Arbeit mit einem Ticketsystem sammeln. 
  • Der Umgang mit den gängigsten MS Office-Programmen gehört zu Deinem Arbeitsalltag.
  • Deine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnet Dich aus. 
  • Du bringst Dich gerne engagiert ein und verbesserst zusammen mit Deinem Team bestehende Prozesse.
