Wir, die Rhenus :people!, sind ein national tätiges Unternehmen mit ca. 800 Mitarbeitern an 9 Standorten in Deutschland. Gemeinsam mit uns durchläufst Du während Deiner Ausbildung alle wichtigen Stationen im Bereich Büromanagement. Von Buchhaltung, über Telefonie in einem Projekt bis hin zu Controlling, Recruiting oder Marketing & Vertrieb, stehen Dir bei uns zahlreiche Tätigkeitsfelder zur Verfügung, in die Du Einblick bekommst.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Im Laufe Deiner Ausbildung durchläufst Du unsere verschiedenen Abteilungen.
  • Planen, Organisieren, Koordinieren – ab jetzt sorgst Du dafür, dass im Büro alle Prozesse in den richtigen Bahnen verlaufen.
  • Außerdem erhältst Du Einblick in die vielfältigen Aufgaben eines national tätigen Unternehmens.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung durch eigene Aufgaben und kleinere Projekte - dabei stehen wir Dir natürlich jederzeit zur Seite.
  • Ergreife die Chance, die in der Berufsschule erlernten Methoden im Arbeitsalltag anzuwenden und bringe Deine Ideen ein. 

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast einen Abschluss in der mittleren Reife oder bist gerade dabei, Deinen mittleren Schulabschluss zu machen -  mit guten Noten in Mathematik, Deutsch und Englisch bist Du auf dem guten Weg. 
  • Außerdem interessierst Du Dich an wirtschaftliche Abläufe und hast optional auch schon ein Praktikum im kaufmännischen Bereich absolviert. 
  • Zudem bist Du kontaktfreudig und hast ein kommunikatives Auftreten.
  • Um Deine beruflichen Ziele erfolgreich erreichen zu können, bringst Du Flexibilität sowie Zielstrebigkeit mit.
