The approval by the Federal Cartel Office seals the sales purchase agreement between Rhenus Data Office and Recall Holdings Limited that was signed on 28 August this year. Rhenus is thus expanding its activities in Germany in the field of stationary document and data media destruction.
Up to now Recall Deutschland GmbH performed document and data destruction services throughout Germany at seven different sites and employed 125 people in this field, with a vehicle fleet of 34 trucks.

"At the same time, the value-added services of Rhenus Data Office and the services of our affiliated companies will be available to our new customers from a single source."
