Bruna Ventura appointed as Managing Director for Rhenus Brazil

The Rhenus Group, a leading global logistics provider, announced the appointment of Bruna Ventura as Managing Director of Rhenus Brazil, effective immediately on July 2023. She will succeed Paul Schabbel, who will take over a new role in the organization.

“Bruna has contributed to the development and expansion of Rhenus Brazil with a proven track record of successfully managing operations that have led to profitable growth,” said Jan Harnisch, Global CEO Air & Ocean of Rhenus Logistics. “She brings in-depth knowledge, strategic experience, and significant value to the organization. The board and I look forward to continuing to see the achievements Rhenus Brazil will reach under her strong leadership.”

Ventura has more than 16 years of leadership and management experience in the logistics industry and is currently the Chief Operating Officer for Rhenus Brazil. In her new role, she will be leading the internal and external growth and expansion of Rhenus Brazil by overseeing the Brazilian Air & Ocean division.

Prior to joining Rhenus, Ventura worked at Plus Cargo do Brasil, Costa Porto, CMA CGM and, CSAV. She holds a master’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management with a post-graduate degree in Business Management and a bachelor’s degree in International Business.

Rhenus Brazil has four offices, including São Paulo serving as its head office, and three additional offices in Guarulhos, Santos, and Viracopos.
