Our service offering starts with a central inbound delivery to a national distribution hub. From this point, shipments are allocated to regional delivery stations following the hub-and-spoke model. Subsequently, the goods are transported to the customer on the confirmed delivery date. If required, inbound transport can be coordinated directly with your producers or suppliers. Our facilities and teams are specifically prepared and trained to manage bulky and heavy shipments. In addition, your products can be stored in shared or dedicated warehouses, providing adaptable storage options alongside flexible workforce solutions. Charges apply solely to the space utilized by your goods.

As another option, regional inbound delivery can be selected, allowing shipments to be routed straight to regional distribution centers. This approach enables shorter lead times, particularly for large shipment volumes or orders limited to specific regions. When products are stocked locally, your customers can benefit from same-day and next-day delivery with minimal transit durations. In every scenario, final-mile delivery is carried out directly to the chosen room, and in many countries, we also offer additional optional services such as unpacking with packaging disposal, installation services and even the removal of old furniture and appliances.

Appointments can be easily scheduled via online platforms, by phone or, in selected countries, also through WhatsApp. Tight delivery time frames, shared one day prior to delivery, allow your customers to plan more effectively.
