Create and manage shipments directly from your system. Submit all necessary shipment details digitally, including references, addresses, service types and goods information.
When bar code fields are left empty, the API automatically generates SSCC barcodes and returns them in the response – ensuring compliance and eliminating manual work.
Use the SOE number returned after order creation to track shipments in real time via the Rhenus Track & Trace portal.
SOEP supports event-based notifications via webhook to enable automated communication for shipment updates. Customers can subscribe to shipment events and automatically receive notifications when a shipment status changes. This reduces the need for frequent API polling and supports more efficient integration of status updates into customer systems.
