An on‑board courier (OBC) is a courier who personally accompanies urgent or valuable shipments to ensure the fastest and most direct delivery possible. The shipment is usually carried as hand luggage or checked baggage. Typical goods include documents, samples, prototypes, jewelry or designer items.
If your shipment is particularly urgent or valuable, hand‑carry services offer a secure and dependable solution. Weight and size limits vary by airline, route and aircraft type, as well as whether the goods are carried as hand or checked luggage. In most cases, shipments are limited to approximately 30 kg per piece, with maximum dimensions of around 120–160 cm in length, 80–120 cm in width and 80–100 cm in height. These values are indicative and may differ depending on airline regulations. All shipments must be compatible with standard baggage handling processes throughout the journey. Depending on urgency and cargo type, various express and value‑added options are available.
Parcels exceeding 32 kg per piece or 290 cm total dimensions (length + width + height) cannot be transported by hand carrier. In addition, dangerous goods, temperature‑controlled pharmaceuticals and perishable items are generally excluded.
To process your request quickly, we need the number of parcels, their dimensions and weight, and the type of goods. We also require the desired delivery time, as well as the postal codes, cities or airports for both pickup and final destination.
