- Rhenus will offer warehousing and distribution support to Zhengtong Auto in Poland, as well as end-to-end logistics solutions from China to Poland

Rhenus Logistics and Zhengtong Auto, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ZhengTong Auto by Xiamen ITG Holding Group, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to support Zhengtong Auto’s logistics needs in Poland. Signed at Rhenus’ Shanghai office, Rhenus Group’s Greater China headquarters, on 4 November, the agreement will position Rhenus as a strategic partner in automotive logistics, while enabling Zhengtong Auto to extend their growth into Europe with an international logistics network.
The MoU was signed by Hong Shaoyong, General Manager of the Automotive Supply Chain Division China, Zhengtong Auto and Tobias Koenig, CCO of Rhenus Group. The partnership lays the foundation for both companies to collaborate across China and Europe on automotive logistics solutions.
Under the agreement, Rhenus will provide support to establish a Poland-based overseas bonded warehouse and distribution hub. The customized end-to-end logistics solution includes international transportation of finished vehicles from Shanghai to Poland, developing customized SOPs tailored to automotive logistics standards, as well as overseas warehousing, yard management, inventory management and distribution within Poland.
In addition, the two parties are actively developing projects across different European markets, including Italy, Argentina, Belgium, and Norway. The partnership aims to lay the foundation for both parties to develop a scalable international logistics network, enabling ITG’s continued global growth and market expansion.
