Kerry Delaney has been selected as a finalist in the Warehousing Award – Leader category. The Warehousing Award is presented to two women excelling in their roles within a warehousing environment, one ‘Above and Beyond’ and one ‘Leader’. The Leader category specifically celebrates a woman who is operating in a senior role within her organisation and making significant contributions to the strategic direction of the business.
The everywoman in Transport and Logistics Awards have been running for 16 years and highlight the industry’s most exceptional talent. Since the Awards began, over 450 professionals have been recognised for their outstanding efforts and commitment to improving the sector.
Kerry has worked in the 3PL global supply chain and logistics industry for over 25 years and at Rhenus for five years. She uses the knowledge she has built over her career to identify emerging industry trends and ensure that Rhenus is at the forefront of new ideas, technology and approaches.
In 2019, Kerry was appointed as Managing Director of Rhenus Warehousing Solutions UK, and in 2022 was promoted to her current role of Regional Director – Europe North-West, where she oversees contract logistics operations in the UK, Ireland and Benelux. Under her leadership, more than half of the Senior Leadership Team at Rhenus Warehousing Solutions UK are now women and two female employees were recently promoted to General Managers.

This year, the everywoman in Transport and Logistics Awards ceremony will be held on 28 June 2023 in London.
