The Air & Ocean division of Rhenus Spain, specialising in air and ocean transport solutions, has moved its Seville offices to the Galia Puerto building, a business centre of reference in the city. The new facility, located next to the Seville Free Trade Zone and close to the port, strengthens the positioning of Rhenus in Andalusia.
"With the move to the new location in the logistics and industrial heart of Seville we come closer to the needs of the companies and offer comprehensive solutions for ocean and air freight transport," points out Francisco Santos, Manager of Rhenus Air & Ocean in Seville. "We want to be the logistics partner of Andalusian companies and continue working with them to keep growing together with their imports and improving the competitiveness of their exports,” explains the Rhenus executive. In fact, exports by Andalusian companies have set a new historical record for the community, with a volume of almost 43 billion euros at the end of 2022.
The company has seven facilities in Andalusia, following the inauguration, in January, of the new logistics centre in Guarromán (Jaén).
The Air & Ocean division of Rhenus Spain also has branches in Barcelona, Bilbao, Gijón, Madrid, Oporto, Valencia and Vigo. This structure complements the more than 20 Rhenus Group locations in Spain and Portugal and a network of logistics centres with 160,000 square metres of warehouse space.
