Welcome! We are pleased to invite you to participate in this year's Employee survey! This year, the Employee survey will take place across the Overland Transport Division, meaning that more than 20 countries will participate. This means that all colleagues have the opportunity to give their valuable feedback. The Employee survey will start on October 9, 2023 and will run until October 27, 2023.
Why participate?
By participating in the Employee survey you can...
evaluate many different aspects of your work, for example, your work environment, work processes, workload or the collaboration with your colleagues or managers
develop and improve the working culture
give feedback to your manager
contribute to positive changes in your team and location
Your involvement is very valuable to the company, participate and use this opportunity to express your voice!
After the evaluation, the results are sent to all managers, who will share them with their employees as soon as they are received. Now the real work begins: based on the results, measures are derived with the aim of further improvement. This step is initiated by your local HR contact person and/or managers. The derivation of measures can take place in team meetings, staff meetings or workshops, for example. The measures are then implemented independently within the location or the respective department. Feel free to ask your local HR contacts or managers how to proceed. As a project team, we also analyze the results on a higher-level basis (e.g. for an entire business unit or the entire Overland Division) together with management. The resulting measures and ideas for the further development of individual areas are in turn fed back to you via newsletters and/or other formats.
Codes can be exchanged within a department. Codes cannot be exchanged between departments.
Please note that the number of access codes corresponds to the number of employees within the department. As soon as the number of employees within the department based on the Rhenus ID is reached, the code is automatically deactivated and participation is no longer possible.
For managers: In case you have too few access codes for your area of responsibility, then please contact the project team at [email protected].
The results are evaluated at location/ department / team level, which means that no conclusions can be drawn about individuals. In order to maintain anonymity, only departments and teams with a minimum of 5 participants will be evaluated.
Example: A department consists of 5 employees, all of whom participated in the survey. Four employees are male and one is female. A general department evaluation of, for example, the information flow can therefore be carried out, since at least 5 people in this department took part in the survey. An overall value is calculated from all the answers of the employees, i.e., no conclusion can be drawn about an individual person. If, for example, an evaluation is to be made of how men and women within this department rate the flow of information, this evaluation cannot be made because there are too few responses from male and female employees respectively. The evaluation limit of at least 5 participants also applies here.
We offer a variety of languages, so you can choose the language you want. The national language is not automatically set, you have to set your preferred language at the beginning of the survey.
Employee Net Promoter Score (ENPS)
The Employee Net Promoter Score or ENPS is a standardised tool and is used to record the probability with which you would recommend us as an employer to friends and relatives. We measure the ENPS to compare ourselves with other companies in the industry as well as to monitor our own development. To learn even more, watch the video.
Please contact your local HR contact person or write an email to the project team: [email protected].
