SHORT-TERM WAREHOUSING WITH TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS

We offer you an all-round solution with our extensive services for warehouse logistics and direct access to our transport network. You will find the TRW process here involving pick-up runs, warehousing and distribution illustrated as a typical example.

Step 1

Production

Rhenus picks up the consignments at the starting point, e.g. at the port or the production site, and transports them to the logistics centre, where they are put into temporary storage.
Step 2 & 3

WAREHOUSING, LOGISTICS SERVICES, DISTRIBUTION

The consignment is unloaded at the Rhenus logistics centre and put into temporary storage. We offer various services there, such as checking the incoming goods, picking items, filling display stands, repackaging or labelling the goods. Thanks to our direct transport connection from our logistics centre, we can also prepare your goods for onward transportation at short notice and distribute them all over Europe with our high frequency of departures.
Step 4

DELIVERIES

Your consignment is delivered to its recipient from the logistics centre – without any other intermediate stages. There is no need for any additional journeys because of our direct deliveries; as a result, we not only handle your order as quickly as possible, but you save costs too.

INTRODUCING 17,500 SQM OF MODERN WAREHOUSING SPACE. NEW FACILITY OPENING THIS OCTOBER

We are proud to announce the opening of our latest facility in Venlo this October.

Situated within Greenport Venlo, this expansive facility covers 71,980 square meters. Key features include a 12,000 square meter cross dock for Road division’s transports and regional distribution, along with a 17,500 square meter warehouse accommodating around 28,000 pallet spaces. Designed to enhance Transport Related Warehousing (TRW) services, it seamlessly integrates with the Venlo gateway and Rhenus Groupage Network 2.0 for efficient distribution.

The facility is notable for its commitment to sustainability and well-being and holds BREEAM and WELL certifications. Equipped with advanced safety measures like a sprinkler system and zone-based camera surveillance, it ensures operational security. The TRW Netherlands team welcomes inquiries and seeks new partnerships.
