By arranging transportation service with us you automatically agree and accept our terms and conditions.
We kindly inform You that shipping lines have the right to change their actual rates without any prior notice and even within the validity of the original quotation therefore, we reserve the right as well in such cases to modify the original agreement.
Our offer is only referential and was made based on the given weights and dimensions. We reserve the rights to change our prices on the basis of the final details of the consignment, exact date of delivery, actual tariffs and exchange rates. Our offer is valid for goods which are appropriately packed to the given transport method. We can offer rates for delivery of special kind of goods based on advance agreement and on necessary informations received. These kind of goods are e.g. temperature controlled, dangerous cargo, high value shipments etc.
In case of dangerous goods shipper must take care of the appropriate packing, labelling and necessary documentation according to the provisions for dangerous goods transport ( DGR/IATA, IMDGC/IMO, ADR ). Based on request our colleagues can offer professional packing services together with the necessary documents.
Our offer can not be considered as transportation contract and is valid until revocation. Our prices are calculated based on the actual rates of the market and valid exchange rates at time of quotation. Shall the present surchages ( fuel, security etc. ) modify or new surcharges introduce our quotation will be changed automatically. Please consider that surcharges are always billed based on the actual tariff of the service providers. Performance of the orders received based on our offers depend on availability of empty containers, ship space received from shipping lines and capacity of other shipping equipments ( rail / road delivery ).
We reserve the rights to bill every additional costs and charges (demurrage, storage, repacking, customs inspection, etc.) that can not be foreseen and may occur during transport.
We do not take responsibility for any delays in the predicted transit time if that occurs out of our control: re-routing, change in confirmed booking by the delivery company, ship cancellation, weather conditions, Act of God, political or rebellion reasons, etc.
We may provide You with insurance on your goods to be transported. In case of necessity please ask our colleagues about the conditions, we will be happy to help You to find the best solution for Your needs. We draw Your attention to that shipping lines have limited responsibility for cargo damages and we highly recommend to consider about the possibility of general average which is covered by transport insurance.
We do not handle scrap,used clothes, waste products.
For billing purposes we are using the Hungarian National Banks (MNB) exchange rates valid on the day of delivery. In general we raise our invoices in HUF. If You would like to receive our invoices in different currency, please let us know it. Terms of payment are subject to agreement. No deduction is allowed from our bills due to damages that occured during the delivery of the shipments. Please note in case you cannot send the payment with all bank costs on your end, we reserve the right to request additional payment to complete the total of our invoice. In case of any claims they must be treated as per the Hungarian General Transportation Conditions and as per the Hungarian Civil Codes regulations.
Our company is working on the basis of the Hungarian General Transportation conditions published on 10th August 2006.
( available on webpage www.szallitmanyozok.hu), the related provisions of Hungarian Civil Code and the related international conventions and rules. Accepting our offer and receipt of the transport order means that Customer is awared of all provisions and conditions of our offer and accept them all.
- the storage, demurrage, detention charges occuring during the transport at any port,
terminal, or warehouse
- the cost of magisterial investigations: plant-, animal health investigation,
cargo screening, customs inspection etc.
- the permission fee to enter the loading / unloading area - if restricted
- the waiting charges of the transporation vehicles
- the loading / unloading charges, seaworthy packing, lashing, bracing, securing
of the shipment
- the VGM fee - as per SOLAS regulations, if not otherwise included in offer
- the charges occuring in the destination country or at the port of discharge in case of "C" Incoterms.
- the Bill of lading amendment fee
- the courier fee - in case original documents are requested
- the cargo insurance fee
- the duty and taxes
- the additional fee for more than on H.S. Code nr.
