We can store your stock in our logistics centres until delivery – whether small or large quantities. In this way, the goods are immediately available when the order is received and your recipients benefit from attractive transit times.

Unlike many other transport companies, we offer customers just-in-time transport. The recipient simply selects the preferred delivery date in the online customer portal. On the day before delivery, we also limit delivery to an expected time frame of two hours. On the delivery day, consumers can follow the route and stops live online.

Our service does not stop at the side of the curb. Nor do we leave goods unattended or in parcel shops. Instead, we hand over all components of the balcony power plant to the recipient or persons from their household.

We do not let recipients down when it comes to setting up the balcony power plant and mounting it correctly on the balcony. Therefore, we offer installation of the devices by our trained delivery teams as an optional additional service. Of course, we take the packaging material back with us and dispose of it properly for your customers.

Returned goods are often damaged. It is often inconvenient for consumers to bring larger products such as PV modules and accessories to one or even different mail-order shops. If necessary, we collect the goods, pack them safely for transport and bring them back to a returns warehouse.
