During his professional career Pawel also represented the industry before national authorities in the UK but also in the EU and actively worked and liaised with HMRC and other UK government department in preparation for Brexit.  Pawel graduated from the University of Wroclaw, Department of Law, Administration and Economics. He wrote his Master’s Thesis on international trade and commercial arbitration, focusing on the main aspects of international jurisdiction. He gained experience in the retail and automotive industries, where modern technologies combined with innovative concepts strive to optimize processes. Currently, he is developing projects in the e-commerce, retail and FMCG industries, in which the greatest role is played by innovative and highly automated transport and storage systems, where the idea of ​​"industry 4.0" is the key. From 2022, President of the Management Board of Gebhardt Polska, awarded with the Forbes Diamonds 2023 award.

Roy has worked in the Logistics industry for over 30 years. Initially focusing on warehousing and distribution in operational and project management roles in the FMCG sector, with an emphasis on automating processes and implementing technology. He managed UK project delivery for a leading materials handling and automated systems provider, implementing automated storage, packing and conveyorized solutions. Roy entered the supply chain software industry by joining BlueYonder, where he has held management positions in project delivery and consulting, and as account manager across the Retail, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors. He now heads up Industry Strategy for the Logistics sector across EMEA. A graduate of Electronic Engineering from Kings College London, and a masters degree in Distribution & Logistics from Cranfield School of Management.
