The part of my job that I love the most is that it provides me with the ability to learn something new every day, which is something I think it is imperative for personal and professional growth, never a dull day, always on the go. Rhenus provides me with the tools and ample room for my wings to expand, letting my individuality and character shine through every decision, procedure and through every one of the members of my team.

Teamwork is important to this company and it shows; we work together to tackle challenges and adversities; it is what makes us strong as a company, which is a quality not found too often in the job market; the pristine corporation, with a down home family feel creates a pleasant environment for work; ideal for happy employees and productive days.

What gets me out of bed in the morning personally is my family and my drive to succeed to provide them with the best life possible; but more importantly to provide them with an example of hard work and responsibility for their own lives. I want to be the one who motivates them to push through challenges in their own life with integrity and stay true to their character.

Although exciting, the biggest challenge in my career so far has been the implementation of procedures to facilitate the processes and ensure a smooth-running operation. The industry is ever changing, and it can be difficult to keep up. However, we count on a team of capable and talented individuals who are committed to our company values to make sure all the i’s are dotted.

I like to spend my free time with my children and family. I feel best pursuing outdoor activities, e.g. a day at the beach or camping, disconnecting from the everyday routine. I make sure to dedicate time to relaxing and some pampering as well. It is important to take care of yourself to be able to perform your best.
