• The biggest challenge for me at Rhenus was managing a new customer and their diverse requirements, which include International movements as well as imports and cross trade, import customs barriers, and the pricing consolidation for this customer for each country. With the support of our Global Rhenus Team, I have successfully been able to meet all the diverse requirements locally and globally and offer our customer premium customer service which is extremely rewarding.

For a successful journey within Rhenus New Zealand, I would advise a new colleague to maintain continuous communication, strive for customer service excellence and transparency. Be a team player.
