Challenging. Motivating. Instructive.

I feel useful, important for doing a job of such relevance and where there is so much learning.

We are challenged daily and this is very good. Particularly, it was very important to participate in the project that brought a new experience. A different type of clearance than usual, with totally new rules and procedures related to a radioactive product. Every discovery of the individual steps, the necessary agility and the challenge were very rewarding.

My tip is to be curious, write down what is important and do not dwell on what you think is your obligation. All details are important and everything we do or fail to do will be reflected in the results. The more we are willing to learn, get involved, the more opportunities to contribute to the success of the company. We have important roles and we need to adapt to the needs and constant changes with agility and engagement.
