As part of our Trainee program IT, you will have the opportunity to drive the global Rhenus IT landscape. Whether it´s Digital Transformation, Information Security, or Application Development – explore various areas during your program, and together, let's discover the ones that align with your strength. Throughout your journey, we will support you with feedback sessions, mentoring, and diverse learning opportunities. Join our program and play a role in shaping the future of Rhenus IT.

What you can expect:

Flexibility and individuality – Take charge of your program and choose your personal specialization after your nine-months orientation phase.
International exposure – Engage with diverse IT departments across the entire Rhenus Group, working on international projects and gaining insights into global Rhenus IT landscape. An international placement is optional.
Growth – Onboarding, mentoring, personalized feedback, and various trainings sessions will guide your personal and professional development.
Responsibility – Take on diverse tasks and focus on topics like Cloud, Data Analytics, or IT Infrastructure. You will be supported by experienced colleagues and experts.
Future-ready – Your traineeship is the ideal basis for your successful IT career within the Rhenus group.

What you bring:

You have a university degree in IT-related studies like Business Informatics, Data Science or a respective area.
You have gained relevant working experience, e.g., through internships in an IT related field.
Ideally international experience staying abroad in the form of exchange semesters, internships, or volunteer work.
You combine excellent analytical and logical skills with strong consulting and presentation abilities.
You are open to take the initiative and take over responsibility.
