Als Trainee übernimmst du schnell Verantwortung und wirst deinen Kompetenzen entsprechend in einem Fachbereich tiefergehend ausgebildet, z. B. Qualitätsmanagement, Projektmanagement, Logistikplanung oder Digitalisierung. Ein Rahmenprogramm bestehend aus Onboarding- und Netzwerkveranstaltungen, Trainee-Workshops und Meilensteingesprächen rundet deine Trainee-Zeit ab.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du bist die beiden Jahre einem unserer Standorte fest zugeordnet, durchläufst verschiedene Abteilungen und übernimmst erste Projektverantwortung.
  • Innerhalb der 2 Jahre wirst du für 6 Monate diverse Projekte an anderen Standorten unterstützen. Dabei erhältst du Einblick in unterschiedlichste Prozesse und Abläufe bei Rhenus Automotive.
  • Du durchläufst mehrere Basismodule und absolvierst ein Spezialisierungsmodul in deinem Fachbereich, um optimal für deine Anschlussposition vorbereitet zu sein.
  • Freu dich auf die Übernahme von Verantwortung in verschiedenen Kundenprojekten und Einblicke in operative Standorte deutschlandweit.
  • Neben der persönlichen Betreuung durch eine*n Ansprechpartner*in vor Ort finden regelmäßig standortübergreifende Networking-Events und Trainee-Workshops statt.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Logistik oder z. B. Betriebswirt, Fachwirt, Techniker, Meister.
  • Du konntest bereits erste Erfahrung im logistischen Automotive-Umfeld sammeln.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich ebenso aus wie die Flexibilität bei verschiedenen Projekten zu unterstützen.
  • Als engagierter und kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer kannst du andere leicht für deine Ideen und Ziele begeistern.
