Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Im Rahmen Ihrer Tätigkeit übernehmen Sie die Führung und Planung der Ihnen unterstellten Mitarbeiter.
  • Zu Ihrem weiteren Aufgabengebiet gehören Recruiting-Prozesse, z.B. das Führen von Vorstellungsgesprächen.
  • Sie sind zuständig für die Kontrolle auf Projektebene hinsichtlich der Kennzahlen zur Wirtschaftlichkeit und Qualität, sowie der Einhaltung der vertraglichen Parameter.
  • Zudem verantworten Sie die Zielerreichung im Team (Qualität und Quantität) und berichten an die Niederlassungsleitung.
  • Abschließend ist Ihre Mitwirkung an der Jahresplanung und Erstellung von Zielvereinbarungen sowie die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben gefragt.

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihre Basis ist eine Berufsausbildung mit Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.
  • Außerdem bringen Sie Erfahrung in der Planung personeller Ressourcen nach betriebswirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten mit.
  • Sie verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Abläufe, Prozesse und Kennzahlen.
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, Hands-on-Mentalität und Reisebereitschaft zählen zu Ihren Stärken.
  • Abgerundet wird Ihr Profil durch eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, einer sehr guten Ausdrucksweise sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
