System Engineer (m/w/d) Unified Communication

Eine funktionsfähige Kommunikationsmöglichkeit ist im dynamischen Logistikbusiness das A und O. Genau dafür steht unser Team Unified Communication. Wir verstehen uns als technische Schnittstelle und erfüllen mit diversen Kommunikationslösungen auch die komplexesten Anforderungen unserer Business Units. Dabei setzen wir nicht nur auf modernste Technologien, sondern auch auf jede Menge Teamwork.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Du bist für die Administration, den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung unserer zentralen Alcatel Cloud-Telefonanlage zuständig.
  • Außerdem stellst Du gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg*innen Microsoft Teams als zusätzliche Telefonie-Lösung in der Rhenus-Gruppe ins Rampenlicht.
  • Du administrierst unsere Session Border Controller (Audiocodes) sowie diverse andere Komponenten, wie z.B. CTI-Lösungen.
  • Selbstverständlich steht auch das Monitoring, Troubleshooting sowie die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Systeme auf Deiner Agenda.
  • Zusätzlich bringst Du bei der Evaluation neuer Produkte Dein Wissen ein.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Deine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich kombinierst Du mit Erfahrung im Bereich Unified Communication (VoIP / SIP / H323 / SBC).
  • Solltest Du darüber hinaus auch Erfahrung mit Microsoft O365 haben, wäre das definitiv ein Pluspunkt.
  • Mit Deinen sehr guten Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen kommunizierst Du jederzeit sicher, auch im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Neben analytischer und technischer Kompetenz überzeugst Du mit ausgeprägtem Service-, Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Außerdem bringst Du Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen mit und verfügst dafür über einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
