Sie werden Teil unseres Teams am Standort in Wien und bündeln gemeinsam mit uns effizient das steigende Frachtvolumen. Wir verfolgen das Ziel, Prozesse zu optimieren sowie den Bereich noch effizienter zu gestalten - und Sie gehören zu diesem Vorhaben dazu!

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

Sie unterstützen uns bei der operativen Abfertigung (FCL / LCL) unserer internationalen Seefracht-Sendungen im Ex- oder Import.
Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner arbeiten Sie eng und vertrauensvoll mit unseren Kunden und Agenten im Ausland zusammen.
In diesem Rahmen sind Sie für die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen sowie Reklamationen zuständig.
Ferner stellen Sie die termingerechte Zollabwicklung sicher und sorgen für die Erstellung aller transportrelevanten Dokumente.
Nicht zuletzt verantworten Sie eine jederzeit kostenorientierte Abwicklung sowie eine passgenaue Vorbereitung der Abrechnung.

Das bringen Sie mit

Ihre Basis bildet eine Ausbildung zur Kauffrau / zum Kaufmann (w/m/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung.
Alternativ haben Sie eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erlangt – in jedem Fall bringen Sie Kenntnisse im Themenfeld Seefracht-Logistik mit.
Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit MS Office und punkten mit gutem Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
Freunde beschreiben Sie als zuverlässig, kommunikationsstark und durchsetzungsfähig.
Zudem überzeugen Sie als selbstständiger Teamplayer mit einem effizienten Arbeitsstil und kaufmännischem Weitblick.
