What you can expect

You shape and drive financial steering including (strategic) planning, forecasting, reporting (P&L, Cash, CAPEX).
You serve as key contact and “business partner” for Business Units or Group Functions for Management Accounting / Controlling related matters.
You provide insightful standard reporting, ad-hoc analyses, business cases, financial models for senior management as basis for decision making and resource allocation; you derive recommendations for performance improvement.
You monitor KPIs, identify deviations and initiate counter measures.
You take an active role in advancing Management Accounting principles, processes, KPIs and systems including adoption of advanced analytics approaches such as driver based, prediction and AI.
You support strategic finance as well as operational improvement projects with global and cross-Business Unit scope.
Last but not least, you take an active part in strengthening cooperation within the finance community and promoting and coordinating the exchange of best practices.

What you bring

You have a background in business administration, economics, natural science or (industrial) engineering with high affinity for controlling / management accounting.
In addition, you bring professional experience in the finance area of a medium-sized or large company, in consulting or in auditing.
Broad financial and business know-how, ideally combined with experience in project management.
Experience with Controlling tools (ERP, Analytics, BI, Dashboarding) is a “plus”.
You inspire as a team player and enjoy helping to shape change.
In addition, you have a high level of analytical and conceptual skills.
Finally, you combine assertiveness with a quick grasp as well as strong communication and conceptual skills.
Your high communication, enthusiasm, and assertiveness skills allow you to master any challenge.
Your profile is rounded off by a very good command of written and spoken German or English.
