Sachbearbeiter (w/m/d) Customer Service

Mit einer verkehrsgünstigen Lage liegt unser Standort Hörselgau mitten in Deutschland. Hier sorgen wir für eine optimale Lagerung und einen europaweiten Versand der Waren unserer Kunden. In deiner Rolle nimmst du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden, externen Dienstleistern und der Rhenus ein. Dabei sitzt du nicht nur an deinem Schreibtisch, sondern erfüllst die Wünsche unseres Kunden auch direkt auf der Fläche. 

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Als fester Ansprechpartner stehst du in direkter Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden und Spediteuren.
  • Dabei stimmst du mit den Spediteuren die Anliefertermine ab und bist für die Verladung der Güter sowie die Ausstellung der zugehörigen Papiere und Dokumente zuständig.
  • Du hast stets ein Auge auf die Einhaltung der vereinbarten Anlieferrichtlinien und sorgst bei Unstimmigkeiten dafür, dass alles wieder in geregelten Bahnen verläuft.
  • Zur Überwachung der Entladetermine nutzt du unser Dispositionssystem.
  • Des Weiteren unterstützt du deine Kollegen im operativen Tagesgeschäft. 

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine logistische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung abgeschlossen.
  • Idealerweise bringst du bereits Berufserfahrung in der Lagerlogistik mit.
  • Mit den gängigen Anwendungen von Microsoft Office kennst du dich aus und kannst diese sicher anwenden.
  • Im Umgang mit unseren Kunden punktest du mit deiner Zuverlässigkeit sowie guten Englischkenntnissen und behältst auch in stressigen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf.
  • Nicht zuletzt können wir auf deine zeitliche Flexibilität und deine Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit zählen.
