Du verstärkst unseren Personalbereich der Port Logistics in allen Themen der Personalentwicklung mit Fokus auf unseren Seehafen-Standorten. Du bist der vertrauensvolle Ansprechpartner für personalrelevanten Fragestellungen aus dem Bereich Learning & Development. Freu Dich auf vielseitige Aufgaben, von der Ermittlung von Potenzialträgern und Trainingsbedarfen, bis hin zur Betreuung unserer Personalentwicklungsprogramme im kaufmännischen und gewerblichen Bereich.

Das erwartet Dich bei uns

  • Als Experte im Bereich der Personalentwicklung baust Du unser Trainings- und Entwicklungsangebot weiter aus und agierst als Impulsgeber und Treiber von innovativen HR-Themen.
  • Du betreust und berätst eigenverantwortlich unsere Seehafen-Standorte in sämtlichen Personalentwicklungsthemen und begleitest aktiv Transformationsprozesse.
  • Für spezifische Entwicklungsprogramme sowie unser „Management Trainee Programm“ bist Du zentraler Ansprechpartner.
  • Du unterstützt gezielt bei Recruiting Maßnahmen und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Trainingsangebots, im gewerblichen und kaufmännischen Bereich.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du verfügst bereits über 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personalentwicklung und hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Psychologie, Pädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Moderationskompetenz sowie Empathie im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Es macht Dir Spaß, Bildungsangebote im Kontext von Wandel und Wachstum zu konzipieren und diese in der Organisation erfolgreich zu implementieren.
  • Ein positives Mindset und eine eigenverantwortliche, proaktive Arbeitshaltung sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
