Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams und unterstützen Sie uns kompetent bei allen anfallenden Personalthemen, inklusive Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiter am Standort.

Das erwartet Sie bei uns

  • Sie stimmen die Personalanforderungen für die operativen Bereiche mit den Personaldienstleistern ab. 
  • Zuverlässig übernehmen Sie die Personaladministration vom Onboarding bis zum Austritt der Mitarbeiter. 
  • Das Anlegen neuer Mitarbeiter in unseren internen Verwaltungssystemen gehört ebenso zu Ihren Aufgaben wie die Pflege und Kontrolle der Zeitdaten. 
  • Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie unsere Personalabteilung in sämtlichen administrativen Tätigkeiten. 

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ihre Basis ist eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. 
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal mit.  
  • Als kommunikativer Teamplayer mit lösungsorientierten und vermittelnden Fähigkeiten arbeiten Sie sowohl  strukturiert als auch planerisch. 
  • Zudem ist eine loyale und diskrete Arbeitsweise für Sie selbstverständlich. 
  • Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office rundet Ihr Profil ab.
